- Better handling of internal errors, now always display at least something
meaningful - exception will be shown with debug mode activated
- Throw exceptions for non existing files referenced in index handlers

- Simple webinterface could be integrated as directory index handler, so hat
  all files could be copied by FTP or SCP and everything else could be done using the web interface.
